All shipments have to be processed into our system and may require additional processing time depending on the volume of items received. Our Next Shipment Preview provides estimated arrival dates for incoming shipments. Another notification will be sent via ZenDesk when your order has been transferred. If you aren't able to make it to the specified location, no worries! Please respond to the notification ticket and let us know, and we will be happy to transfer your order but it will take a few extra days.
